Here, you don’t need to be local but you DO need to consider time zones.
Even though we are meeting online, you are expected to show up dressed & pressed with the same respect that you would if we met in person.
So more relaxed, yes. Still requiring you to show up respectfully, also fucking yes. It can multiple things at the same time; yeah? Cool. You can breathe. You can cry. No matter what, you better come correct.
